General Booking Terms & Conditions
			All reservations must be made to us either via phone, mail, email or fax. All reservations must be accompanied by 50% deposit and shall be paid within our cut of date. If there is no payment made, all bookings shall be cancelled.
			Full payment must be made to us 2 weeks prior to guest arrivals together with a copy of guest name list and it must be faxed to our office accordingly.
			Payment can be made by company's cheque, payable to Wisana Redang Travel and Tours Sdn. Bhd. Payment can also be done via our bank account and then fax us the bank-in slip for our record. Our bank account is RHB Bank Berhad - Kuala Terengganu Branch. Account no.2-13010-00094200.
			No reservation is confirmed without a full payment.
			No refund will be made if reservation is cancelled with less than 1 week's notice.
			50% refund will be made if reservation is cancelled with less than 2 week's notice
			The management exclude liability for losses incurred due to connect with other services and shall not be liable for loss of luggage & personal belongings, injury or death due to activities which are beyond management controlled.
			All trips are subjected to logistical and environmental conditions. The management reserves the right to change, alter, modify or cancel the trips without prior notice.
			The management reserves the right to revise the above facilities without prior notice.
